New Student Information

Registration is by appointment only between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (during the school year)

The following items should be brought to the appointment:

1. Parent must bring in the student to complete application.

2. Current shot record information.

3. Current record of in-district residence, i.e. utility bill.

4. Copy of transcript and withdrawal information from previous school.

5. Birth certificate.

6. Social Security Card.

7. If a student has special needs, please provide an updated copy of the IEP (Individualized Education Plan).
