Intouch Online

Falcon High School now has Intouch Online. This program makes it possible for parents to view their child’s grades and attendance from any computer that has internet connectivity. Students will have the ability to view the same information.

What is Intouch Online?

Intouch Online is a secure, web-based system that allows you and your child to view his or her grades and attendance information at your convenience.  It provides users with up-to-date student information and helps to speed the flow of communication among students, teachers and parents.

How do I access Intouch Online?

Using a computer that is connected to the Internet, you can click on the Intouch Online graphic above.  To receive your account information, come to the attendance office and bring your photo ID.  (Without a valid photo ID, i.e., driver license or military ID, account information will not be issued.) Because a student and parent(s) will see the same information, you will only need one user name and password per family.

Other Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is my user ID and password?

Students and parents share user IDs and passwords.  That information is provided on the sheet you will pick up from the FHS attendance office when you bring your photo ID. For security reasons, no passwords will be issued over the phone or sent home with students.

2. Do I and my student need separate user names and passwords?

No, login and passwords are shared by both the parent and the student.

3. Can I change my password?

Yes, on the Intouch Online login page.

4. Can Intouch Online data be edited online?

No, the data displayed is only a snapshot and not live data.  Even if a page were changed or "hacked" it would be overwritten at the next nightly update.

5. When will the grades be updated?

The system will update information weekdays after school with all grade information completed at least on every Wednesday. Always check the update date at the bottom of the page in the event of a delay.

6. After visiting Intouch Online, I discovered some of my student’s information was incorrect, whom do I contact?

If you wish to discuss grade information contact the teacher. If student data is inaccurate contact our counseling secretary Linda Koch at lkoch@d49.org or at 495.1158. To discuss attendance information, call 495.1151.

7. Will we still receive report cards?

Yes, report cards will be mailed home at quarter and semester, but mid-quarter grades will now be accessed online.

8. What do I do if I lose or forget my password?

You will need to come to the attendance office with your photo ID to get your password again.
