Seventh graders at Skyview Middle School let their imaginations lead the way as they expored science on their own terms. Students had the opportunity to select from ten different categories ranging from websites to new inventions to demonstrating a science experiment to create a project for the Science Expo.
Teachers say it provided a great opportunity for students to take science in new directions and engage students in topics that interest them. Volcanos, lima bean plants and rock collections were all parts of various displays at the expo February 25.
