Academy Entry Requirements
Pro Start Strand
Course work offered provides the foundation and advanced skills for students to proceed through the culinary/hospitality management curriculum. Pro Start, a nationally certified program, emphasizes food preparation, lodging, customer service, and business management. Students will be provided internship opportunities between their junior and senior years.
Articulation Agreements
Students have the possibility of earning college credit upon successful completion of the HTT Academy. Currently we have agreements with Pikes Peak Community College, Johnson and Wales. There may be agreements in the near future with Pueblo Community College and the University of Denver.
Students who live in the Falcon High attendance area and choose to go to the Hospitality Travel Tourism Academy will now attend Sand Creek High School full time. Students may choose an academy track in either their 8th or 9th grade year. (This applies to the 2003-04 8th grade class)
